401K Retirement
Full-time and regular part-time employees who are 21 years of age or older, are eligible and may elect to participate from the first day of employment at RSDC. The 401 (k) savings plan allows you to make employee deferral contributions between 1 percent and 100 percent of your pre-tax earnings. You can participate upon date of hire. RSDC will contribute 3% of the gross pay in each payroll period, regardless of participation. You can also participate in the RSDC Roth 401K offering.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
We pay 100% of the premium for STD & LTD for eligible employees who work at least 30 hours/week. You are eligible for coverage on the date of hire
Life Insurance and AD&D
We pay 100% of the premium for basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage for eligible employees who work at least 30 hours/week. Coverage begins on your date of hire.
Extensive Paid Time Off
You accrue Paid Time Off each pay period to use for paid sick leave, vacation, and personal days. The number of total days of PTO accrued depends on years of service. We provide 11 paid holidays during the calendar year and two floating holidays.

Employee Referral Bonus
We pay a generous employee referral bonus for each new candidate hired. Bonuses are paid on candidate date and after the new team member has been onboard for 3 months.
Health Insurance
We offer three company-subsidized plans through United Healthcare including a HSA qualified plan, and Flexible Spending Account option, and dental and vision insurance with various levels of coverage including domestic partner coverage. You are eligible to elect coverage beginning on the date of hire.
Onboarding Orientation
New team members receive a company-wide and client specific overview of policies, procedures and processes. Orientation also typically includes a hosted lunch with an RSDC Executive, hiring manager and direct peers. An on-site mentor/partner is usually assigned to assist with nuances of the client environment

At RSDC, our internal Talent Acquisition team is second to none. While we occasionally augment our internal efforts, we rely on an Approved supplier list (ASL) for recruitment services.
